TWO WAYS TO RUN IT

Someone has to fund the prizes.
It doesn't have to be you.

Every tournament needs a prize pool and someone to run it. You can fund your own night, or we bring a sponsor who funds it for you. Same product, same reporting, either way.

01Costs the venue nothing

Sponsor funded

Where we have a sponsor fit, a brand funds the prizes and the production. Their name is on the slate, the leaderboard and the screens. You provide the room; they pay for the night. You keep the register lift, the dwell time and the repeat traffic.

Best for: recurring game-day programming and cultural nights.

Your cost$0
02Fastest way to start

Venue funded

You set the prize pool in advance and pay a flat per-event fee. No revenue share, no cut of anything, no long contract for pilots. You control the date, the prize and the slate, and you can book one night without waiting on anyone.

Best for: a first pilot, or a specific date you want to own.

Your costPrize pool + flat event fee

Most venues start venue-funded to prove it works, then move to sponsor-funded once we have the numbers from your room. We'll tell you which sponsors fit your crowd.

Built for your venue

If you have a counter and game-day traffic, it fits.

  • ADMIT - 01

    Coffee shops

Morning regulars, slow afternoons. A slate on the counter turns idle time into a reason to stay.

  • ADMIT - 02

    Bares deportivos

Game day is already your biggest day. A tournament keeps fans in seats from tip-off to the final whistle.

  • ADMIT - 03

    Barbershops

Wait times become play time. Clients enter while they wait and come back to check the board.

  • ADMIT - 04

    Bodegas

Neighborhood foot traffic plus a free game equals regulars who stop in on game day even when they weren't planning to.

HOW THE STRUCTURE WORKS

Nothing for you to license.
We carry the operating load.

01

Free to play, always.

Every tournament is free to enter. No purchase necessary. Prizes are funded by a sponsor, or by the venue when a venue chooses to fund its own night.

02

We are sponsor of record.

ForecastHub is sponsor of record for every event. Official rules, eligibility checks, winner verification, prize documentation and settlement are handled by us, every time.

03

You host, we operate.

Your role is the room and the crowd. Ours is the contest: slate, entries, leaderboard, scoring, payouts and the paperwork behind them.

Ask us for the official rules of any event. We'll hand them to you before you commit to anything.

Contests are structured as free-entry, sponsor-funded promotions with no purchase necessary. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and we review each market before we operate in it. This page is general information about how we run events and is not legal advice.

Questions venues ask

What does it cost me?

Where we have a sponsor fit, sponsor-funded nights cost the venue nothing. For a venue-funded night, you set the prize pool in advance and pay a flat per-event fee. No revenue share, no cut of anything and no long contract for pilots.

Do my customers pay to play?

No. Entry is free for everyone, every time. Players compete on forecasting skill for sponsor-funded prizes. That is the operating model.

What do my staff have to do?

A ForecastHub host runs your first events end to end. As your team gets comfortable, they can run it themselves on your own tablet.

What games can the tournament cover?

Whatever your crowd watches - NBA, MLB, NFL, World Cup, local tournaments, fight nights. We build each slate around what's on your screens that day.

How do I know it's working?

You get the numbers after every event: entries, repeat players, and time-in-venue during tournament hours. If it isn't moving your register, you'll see that too - we'd rather lose a pilot than hide a number.

BUILT BY NEIGHBORS

We're from here.

ForecastHub was built by Juan Isaac, a security researcher who spent years auditing other people's money systems before building this one, and Gabriel Covington, a partner in community and distribution who has spent five years building culture and communities across New York. We run these nights ourselves, in English and Spanish.

Ask us anything before you book. You'll be talking to one of us.

Founding pilots - NYC

Your regulars already predict every game.
Give them a scoreboard.

Bring us one game day. We'll show you the operating flow, the event economics, and the numbers that matter: participation, repeat visits, time in venue, and register impact.
